Mark William Huggins led a career of diverse projects. These include co-authoring a textbook, serving on the University of Toronto Senate and working on the Seagram Tower.

Huggins served as a professor at the University of Toronto and has worked on the construction of numerous Power Houses and Arch Bridges. He developed many of the codes and specifications for his profession.
