Stephen received a BASc in chemical engineering from the University of Toronto.
Throughout his engineering career, he oversaw multiple manufacturing facilities in the Asia-Pacific region, establishing and managing product development, marketing, sourcing, manufacturing, quality control and administrative facilities for a variety of industrial products.
Stephen then moved on to the finance sector after getting an MBA from the University of South Australia. His focus shifted to investment strategy and policy, managing and monitoring the performance of various capital assets in both primary and secondary markets.
