Grab your aprons and bake something sweet with Steve Radbourn, Alumni Development Officer at the Faculty of Applied Science & Engineering. Follow along as Steve whips up a clafoutis (CLA-FOO-TEE), a decadent French treat, using simple ingredients and tools you might already have in your kitchen!

This family-friendly program is the perfect way to make memories with those around you, and is suitable even for a first-time baker. Grab your aspiring at home baker and create something they can be proud of while they learn about the science of baking.
