Speakers
Patrick Tsang (BASc 9T5, Electrical Engineering) is a seasoned professional with a unique blend of expertise in engineering and traditional Chinese medicine. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto. Driven by a passion for holistic health, Patrick transitioned to healthcare, earning a Bachelor of Traditional Chinese Medicine from the University of Hong Kong and a master’s degree in Acupuncture from Hong Kong Baptist University. Since 2004, he has been practicing as a Registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner at The Chi Group Limited, offering personalized care in acupuncture and herbal medicine.
Vicky Wong (BSc 0T7 Statistics) is a dedicated physiotherapist with a special interest in musculoskeletal conditions and office ergonomics. She is a health promoter who empower individuals to adopt healthier lifestyles, encourage active living and support physical, mental and social wellbeing – a holistic approach. Before becoming a physiotherapist, Vicky spent over a decade in the banking industry, where she experienced firsthand the toll of long hours, high stress, and prolonged sitting. This inspired her to pursue physiotherapy, with a strong focus on helping people alleviate neck, shoulder, and back pain caused by the fast-paced work and lifestyle demands of Hong Kong. She has worked in private clinics, gaining experience in treating a range of musculoskeletal conditions through a combination of manual therapy, movement and postural analysis, and tailored exercise programs. She was invited to corporate seminars and workshops to promote health and preventive care. Passionate about education, she believes that physiotherapy is more than treatment—it is a partnership that inspires people to take charge of their health. Through her work, Vicky continues to advocate for prevention as the foundation of a healthier future.
Vincent Wong (BASc 9T8 Electrical Engineering, MASc 0T1 Electrical and Computing Engineering) is the Chief Commercial & Applied AI Officer at Humansa, where he leads revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and AI-driven innovation to transform health and wellness experiences. At Humansa, he is redefining holistic healthcare by integrating applied AI to enhance client outcomes and operational efficiency. With over 25 years of leadership across business development, technology, consulting, and operations, he blends commercial strategy with deep technical insight. Prior to Humansa, Vincent was Head of Strategic Accounts at Google and held senior executive roles at Oracle and OneAsia, driving growth across Asia’s digital and enterprise landscapes.

Dean Christopher Yip is the current Dean of Applied Science and Engineering at the University of Toronto. He leads Canada’s largest engineering faculty, foster innovation and excellence across diverse disciplines. Under his leadership, UofT Engineering has strengthened its global reputation for groundbreaking research and industry partnerships.
