What if rehabilitation felt more like playing your favorite video game?
Advances in gaming technology, artificial intelligence and interactive design are transforming how children and youth participate in therapy and rehabilitation. In this talk, Professor Elaine Biddiss will share how researchers, clinicians, families and young people are collaborating to create engaging technologies that make rehabilitation more accessible, motivating and effective. Through real-world examples, she will explore how game-based interventions are helping children develop skills, build confidence and participate more fully in everyday life.
