Malgosia leads the development, evaluation, and implementation of major gift and principal gift fundraising strategies and programs for the Faculty. She has a long history at U of T, most recently as Associate Director of Government and Foundation Partnerships with the Faculty. In this role, she worked with both the Engineering Dean’s Office and the U of T Engineering Office of Advancement to create holistic, cross-disciplinary, sustainable partnerships with external organizations.
Prior to joining U of T Engineering, Malgosia was Project Manager for Medicine by Design at U of T and Communications and Development Officer for the Fields Institute. Malgosia holds a PhD from the Department of Chemical Engineering & Applied Chemistry.
