Rashmi joined the Engineering advancement team in August of 2022 as Senior Development Officer, Corporate & Foundations after spending over 10 years in the banking sector in multiple roles, including with the Bank of Montreal and Citibank managing unsecured and secured lending businesses and associated partners. She is passionate about post-secondary education and the transformative impact it can have on society. In her current role, she is responsible for forging long term philanthropic partnerships with relevant corporations and foundations to support the Faculty’s mission to solve the world’s most pressing challenges through collaborative and multidisciplinary research and experiential education. Rashmi holds a degree in environmental engineering from the Delhi Technological University and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management.
