Accessible mental wellness resources to help students thrive 

University is a time of transition and transformation. With this exciting time of change, students may be faced with all-new levels of personal, financial and academic pressures. Good mental health means having the resilience to bounce back after stressful times and to thrive in their endeavors. This fund supports services and programs that encourage mental wellness — from counselling to recreation, training to financial support. These accessible resources will ensure students have the support they need throughout their Skule™ journey.
