The first of its kind in Canada, Troost Institute for Leadership Education in Engineering (Troost ILead) enables U of T Engineering students in all years and disciplines to maximize their leadership potential through workshops and experiential learning activities — many of which are integrated into the core curriculum.
By donating to Troost ILead, you help to facilitate leadership research, and provide unique student programming such as Leadership Labs, Club Leaders Roundtables, summer field trips and workshops, for-credit leadership courses, social development workshops, conferences and more.
